A. Yes. Pretty much anywhere that you can get an internet connection although some countries such as the USA prohibit betting over the internet by its residents.

Q. How long does it take to be API enabled?
A. For anyone downloading from the 'Buy Now' section of the website your account
is API enabled immediately as this is a 24/7 automatic process. VSR users download
ExPort from inside the secure VSR Members area of this website and their API access is enabled manually. This is normally done within a few minutes during normal office hours.
Q. What if I want to cancel my subscription?
A. Just call Admin on +44 (0)1992 628688 and inform us of your Betfair username and confirm you wish to cancel your monthly subscription. You may resume your subscription at any time by clicking on the the Buy Now button and completing the payment process.
Q. Why do I get the error message "Object not set to reference"?
A. Because you have turned auto refresh on before selecting a market.
Q. If I own VSR how do I get my special version of ExPort?
A. Just login to the secure VSR Members Area of this website and click on the Download ExPort button.
Q. Can anyone else see my username, password or account details?
A. No. ExPort communicates directly between you and your Betfair account.
Q. My anti-virus software recommends that I block ExPort. What should I do?
A. Select 'Permit'. ExPort needs to connect to the internet to retrieve market data.
